In 2019, Holder Business Group (HBG) recognized a need in the Auburn, Alabama area for reliable, personal, and professional event staffing services. By identifying this gap, HBG strategically positioned itself to meet the diverse staffing needs of events and gatherings and began staffing events at wedding venues, family celebrations, and university events throughout Alabama and Georgia.

Rick Holder
CEO, Co-founder
Rick Holder has spent his life dedicated to protecting and serving others, driven by a deep love for his community. After retiring from the Auburn Police Department, where he gained invaluable experience, Rick found new ways to continue his passion for safety and service. Now, he not only works in investigations but also proudly serves as the mayor of Loachapoka, Alabama. He’s also a small business owner, including a local farm. Whether it’s through his work or in the community, Rick’s commitment to helping others is at the heart of everything he does.
